In fulfillment of NRS 439A.083, public input and feedback is being requested and considered in an effort to review and streamline, regulations and standards governing approval, licensing or certification of health facilities. The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services is in the process of removing any statutes that do not provide significant public benefit.
